Delheim are a well-established (1699) and highly regarded grower based in the
Simonsberg ward of Stellenbosch. Their estate spans some 364ha across 3 separate
farms with 150ha given to vines. This deliciously aromatic wine was made using
temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel following 6 hours of skin
contact. Rose petal flavours are abundant and there is a good balance of acidity
with the richness of fruit.
