Duc de Foix Cava Brut Rosado NV
An outstanding pink from the immaculate Covides co-operative just outside of Sant
Sadurní d’Anoia, who use Garnacha, under the local synonym of ‘Trepet’
for their pink fizz, but apply the same criteria as for their regular bottlings.
This shows high levels of elegance and sophistication, which, coupled with good
levels of bottle aging, make for a most enjoyable Cava.
