This is only now starting to open up and give us a glimpse of what is to come;
an excellent example of the benefits to be had from taking the fruits of a top
vintage and giving them a realistic amount of time to mature both in cask (36
months) and then bottle at the Bodega before being released onto the market. This
is quite approachable now, but will keep and improve for another 8 - 10 years.
