A well-made and sensibly priced new listing from a family owned estate in the
Rioja Baja made from 100% Tempranillo despite this district being traditionally
dominated by Garnacha. Fermentation is temperature controlled and lasts 15 days
before ageing for a minimum of 12 months in American oak. The wine is soft and
supple with a wealth of plummy fruit enhanced with subtle vanilla nuances and
savoury finish from its spell in wood.
