Vista is a new project from Caves Aliança - one of Portugal’s most successful
growers. Vista is grown on the 360ha (80 planted) Quinta d’Aguiar estate in the
Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo region close to the border with Spain. This is a modern
Portuguese wine in every sense; stylishly packaged, it is a vibrant ruby colour
with a softly scented nose of creamy, ripe brambly fruit. The palate offers firm
but yielding tannins, slightly peppery and nicely juicy - a huge mouthful of spicy
fruit with a lovely, peppery finish - fantastic VFM!
