This is a relatively new and comparatively limited release from Roboredo Madeira
that has been produced on completely organic principles, and has become popular
extremely quickly. As its name (Quinta) implies, this is a single estate wine,
the vineyard in question being high up the Douro valley towards the Spanish border.
The wine itself is deep in colour, with a rich, grainy, leather and spice aroma
with the palate full and well-rounded; a serious, robust red.
