‘Mayerling’ Crémant d’Alsace NV
As a region, Alsace produces a staggering quantity of sparkling wine, but most
of it is ‘cheap and cheerful’ Vin Mousseux’ which is consumed locally. It comes
as no surprise that the Co-operative at Turckheim would want to offer something
a little more serious; this is made in a Brut style from Pinot Blanc grapes.
