The name of Raventos is somewhat synonymous with Cava production as it was Don
Josep Raventós who founded Codornui, the oldest of all of the Cava houses. This
is a lovely clean, fresh blend of Xarel·lo, Parellada and Macabeo that exemplifies
just how much Cava has been cleaning up its act of late, and if initial sales
and positive feedback are anything to go by, this is set to become a very popular
new listing.
