Sparkling Chardonnay NV
Good value Aussie fizz from the ubiquitous Brian McGuigan; this is a decent offering
with rich, creamy, tropical fruit well balanced with a good bite of acidity. This
is made using the transfer or Charmat method which involves secondary fermentation
in bottle, disgorgement under pressure and then re-bottling.
