Albariño is currently still the most ‘sexy’ and sought after of Spanish white varietals. This lovely example from Adegas Galegas is from the Rias Baixas region(s) of north-west Galicia. It is fresh, green and lively with zesty grapefruit and peach characteristics with a racy acidity.
