Still the ‘sexy’ region of Spain with some hugely impressive (and expensive) reds.
However, If you would like an idea as to what these wines are like whilst keeping
your feet on the ground (and your bank manager happy), this is an extremely impressive
introduction; 80% Tinto Fino with 10% each of Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon with
just 5 months in oak, that has a lovely richness with a warm berry fruit and hint
of pepper on the finish.
