La di Motte is the flagship estate of the Botter Empire, with all vineyards owned
by the family and situated on an alluvial outcrop that imbues the wines with an
attractive mineral element. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel
helps to retain the lovely, delicate, slightly honeyed nuances that the majority
of Pinot Grigio on the high street can only aspire to. This is a clean, well-balanced
wine with subtlety and complexity.
