The steep slopes of Trentino give excellent exposure to the sun ensuring well-ripened
grapes in what is, after all, a fairly northerly climate. Those same steep slopes
however, are not the easiest to work on and make mechanical harvesting impossible.
Cavit are the largest co-operative in the region and make an extremely attractive
range of wines. This is a lovely, clean and fragrant wine with a crisp, slightly
floral palate.
