Terre di Talamo is located south of Grosseto, in the Tuscan Maremma. It is a 52ha estate on a hillside facing the sea with 30ha of vineyards planted to Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Vermentino. Terre di Talamo’s vineyards are located in the Morellino di Scansano Maremma Toscana production areas. This firm, juicy red is a blend of Sangiovese, Alicante (a local variant of Grenache) and Cabernet that has been given some time in new French oak barriques.
