This is a ‘textbook’ Sauvignon that offers excellent VFM from one of the most innovative Bodegas in Chile. This is a fresh, lively and aromatic white displaying vibrant, grassy, citrus aromas underpinned with a leafy, herbaceous edge. The palate is crisp and dry again with plenty of citrus flavours and a long clean finish. This is lovely as an aperitif and works particularly well with seafood.
