Peaks Casablanca ‘Reserve’ Chardonnay 2006/7
Deceptively pale in colour, this is a well-made, finely balanced wine that has
seen some time in oak but carries it extremely well. The nose is ripe and creamy
with a rounded lemon and pineapple fruit. The palate is rounded and soft with
good mouthfeel and a pleasing tang of oak, finishing long with vanilla notes.
