Louis Roederer ‘Brut Premier’ NV
This is one of the best, most complex and consistent performers on the market; their ‘Cristal’ is undeniably superb Champagne, but personally, I would rather have 4 - 5 bottles of this fabulously complex NV every time! Jean-Claude Rouzaud who was undoubtedly responsible for putting Roederer on the map, recently stood down, letting his son Frédéric pick up the baton, but not before he had spent 10 years with the company learning his craft!
