Based at Les Riceys in the southern Aube, Didier Gallimard owns 10ha. all on steep limestone and chalk slopes around the village and all planted to Pinot Noir with his vines averaging over 20 years of age. He produces a deliciously full and rich wine with an engaging aroma of summer fruits. We are delighted to endorse this as our house fizz and will stand by its quality against many ‘supposedly’ superior marques.
