Moët & Chandon ‘Cuvée Dom Pérignon’ 1998
Named after the Benedictine Monk widely credited with perfecting the art of creating Champagne, this is the pride of the giant Moët & Chandon cellars and, whilst their regular Brut Impérial is not necessarily to our taste, there is no denying the quality of this, their Prestige Cuvée - one of the finest wines to come out of Champagne. This wine has a huge reputation, and deservedly so.
