A delightful white from the Mâconnais that shows a lovely clean, fresh, slightly
zesty aroma with underlying vegetal and mineral notes - an interesting and well-evolved
nose. It is a decent mouthful, very much in the classic Burgundian mould, with
a tangy lemon fruit and broad, creamy mouthfeel. The finish is long and has a
refreshing purity and cleanliness about it underpinned by an ‘appetite whetting’
mineral streak.
