The current ‘Louis’, a very personable young man, represents the 6th generation
of the Moreau ‘dynasty’. This is very good Chablis, which is not surprising given
Louis’ passionate commitment to both his vineyards and practice within the Chai.
The wine is bone dry but has a lovely weight and texture and hallmark flintiness
on the finish means that this very much fits the profile for those wine drinkers
who claim not to like Chardonnay!
