One of the World's truly great white wines, from the centre of Côtes de
Beaune where the clay and chalk soil, which is very stony, has good drainage and
warms through easily. On the nose one might notice the distinctive aromas of almond
paste, fern, exotic fruits, amber and white flowers. A subtle acidity on the palate
allows the smoothness and lingering taste to shine.
