One of the most highly regarded properties in the region renown for their aversion
to the use of oak; the estate has flourished under the auspices of Samuel Billaud
with his meticulous attention to detail and a ‘minimal intervention’ philosophy.
All of their vines are concentrated in the heart of the region, mostly in the
proximity of 1’er or Grand Cru sites. This is a beautifully bright, limpid wine
with a piercing concentration and great length.
