One of the best known Appellations of the Côtes Chalonnaise, Rully produces both
reds and whites that represent excellent value compared to their more northerly
counterparts. This is a soft and uncomplicated Pinot, medium-bodied and an excellent
introduction to the virtues of the red grape of Burgundy at Village level. This
is the preferred tipple of several of the Drouhin management even though they
have access to many more prestigious Appellations!
