Mill’ Cowra Chardonnay 2005
From the New South Wales hinterland comes this pleasantly soft dry wine; it is
deep straw/pale yellow in colour with a pronounced citrus tang and a buttery oak
on the slightly ethereal nose with a marzipan richness. The palate shows a nice
weight, well rounded with a nice bite of acidity giving a pleasing tanginess with
a lean but well-structured fruit with notes of peach, melon and grapefruit, finishing
long and creamy.
