Mill’ Cowra Cabernet/Merlot 2004
Cowra is just one of a number of emerging wine growing regions in New South Wales.
It enjoys a perfect combination of topography, soil, climate, and crystal clear
water from underground aquifers. The Mill is produced by Jason O’Dea at the Windowrie
Estate from his oldest vines. It exhibits spicy, black fruit aromas with a hint
of American oak and it avoids the usual pitfall of being confected and shows lovely
weight balance and structure.
