Mount Benson is an increasingly sought after growing region on the fashionable
Limestone Coast district near to Adelaide; very much Cabernet territory with Coonawarra
just down the road. Norfolk Rise is a new-ish operation established by the team
behind Piper’s Brook in Tasmania. This is classic, minty, eucalyptus infused Cabernet
with a full-on cassis injection on the palate, beautifully tempered by a juicy
streak of acidity - lovely.
