This Merlot dominated blend has recently been upgraded
with smart new packaging including a Stelvin® closure
making this particularly suitable as a ‘function’
red, although it is obviously the quality of what
is inside the bottle that matters! Happily, the juice
is good – very good; surprisingly complex and unconfected
for a wine at this price with a slightly spicy aroma
of dark fruits with a soft, full and well-rounded
palate. |
