An excellent example of top quality Argentinian Merlot - intense and full bodied with vibrant cassis and plum flavours with a hint of herbaceous, minty freshness on the palate. Time spent in new French barriques adds mocha and vanilla notes to the wine, which delivers juicy fruit, supple tannins and a very long, rich finish.

Founded and built in 1905 in Carrodilla, Lujan de Cuyo by Italian immigrants, Nieto Senetiner has grown to become one of the leading stars of Mendoza. The vineyards and winery were developed in 1969 and continue to be extended and updated. Grapes are sourced from 300 hectares of vineyards planted predominantly with Malbec, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Bonarda and Chardonnay from which they produce typical and classic wines.
