The purity and limpidity of this steely, poised and elegant wine is quite breathtaking.
It still amazes me that so many people deny themselves the opportunity to enjoy
wines such as this, labouring as they do under the mis-apprehension that being
a Riesling, it must be medium/sweet in style. Mittnacht Frères are an excellent
Domaine based at Hunawihr that has been practising Biodynamic viticulture for
some years now.
